Orthotropic steel deck (OSD) structures are widely used in the bridge system of rail transit bridges. Reducing amplitude stress intensity factor is most effective method to improve fatigue life OSD structures. In order explore crack propagation structure and factors affecting structural factor, linear elastic fracture mechanics Paris’ law for theoretical support this paper. Firstly, a cable-stayed urban taken as research object, full-scale segment model designed static tests carried out. Based on test data, simulated predicted. Finally, ABAQUS Franc3D analyze influence parameters, such U-rib thickness, roof thickness diaphragm factor. The FEM analysis results show that height have little effect structure, appropriately increasing top plate has positive significance prolonging structure. addition, it also reference value application sustainability science sustainable development.
